Safety Certification Contractors (SCC) is an international standard for Security management, health management and environment protection management for the technical service providers who become active in the company sites of the principal. In it the requirements for unterorder taker have been fixed uniformly. Contractoren are called foreign companies which are active on the areas of the customers and produce technical services, how e.g. maintenance, assemblies, crane work, cleaning work and insulating work. Forwarding agencies are looked in this sense not as a Contractoren. In the Netherlands the certification system SCC (“Safety Certificate Contractors” became as a SGU management system too German: ” Sicherheits Zertifikat Unterauftragnehmer “) developed and in 1994 from the Raad voor Accreditatie (Dutch accreditation council RvA) admitted. The SCC can be acquired together with the certificates after German Institute for Standardization EN ISO 9000and the following and German Institute for Standardization EN ISO 14001. The SCC standard was developed around the requirements for the Contractors regarding to the standardize working security, health protection and environment protection. He is made up of 2 steps (SCC* and SCC **) whose judgement criteria, Scope of auditing and number of the duty questions are different. It is a graduation which is applied to voluntary base to the creation and certification one of security system. The observance of this standard is checked by an independent Audit society.
