In case of an order to us, we will collect the following data,

– Address, Title, Prename, Surname

– Address

– E-Mail-Adress

– Telephone Number (Land line and/or cell phone)

– If required: Fax Number (if available & requested)

– If required: Bank account number

– If required: Date of Birth

In addition, all information is collected that is necessary for the fulfillment of the contract with you.

The Processing of personal data is for the mentioned purposes to handle your order and for the fulfillment of obligations of the basic contract necessary.

The personal data collected will be up to the expiry of the statutory storage obligation for merchants.(6, 8 or 10 years after expiration of the legal year, in which the contractual relationsship has ended) stored and later on deleted. This does not apply, by way of exception, if we are, based on tax or commercial law retention requirements (accord. HGB, StGB or AO) obliged to a longer storage or if you have consented to an additional storage.
